At least for the time being, the old cowboy has taken off his long pants, long sleeved shirt and boots and traded them for shorts, a short sleeved shirt, golf shoes and a golf club.  You better believe this indicates "Changing Times!!" (But he won't give up his hat, he couldn't play in his boots)
